Winter Wellness at Circle Yoga

Circle Yoga Cooperative is offering this special event to CCCA members!

Come join your neighbors for a Winter Wellness experience at Circle Yoga Cooperative. We'll explore yoga, meditation, and breathing practices to promote overall well-being for the winter months. The class will be led by Leyla Kenny, yoga instructor at Circle Yoga, mindfulness instructor at Sibley Hospital, social work professor at Catholic University, and psychotherapist. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome to attend. In-studio space is limited to 16, so sign-up soon!
